About

Who is Bri?

I’m an endurance sport and fitness junkie (cycling, triathlon, running, hiking, yoga, weight lifting, ultra trail running) who loves to explore the great outdoors on Vancouver Island with my partner and our three dogs.

By day I work in change management, and the rest of the time I am a freelance fitness writer. I have had articles featured in print in IMPACT Magazine and Get Out There Magazine, as well as on numerous blogs and websites. I am also a certified strength and conditioning specialist at Koru Personal Training.

My goal with this blog is to inspire others to get outside an experience all the fantastic trails, mountains, lakes and endurance events on the island and beyond. I have a passion for health and fitness, and hope to motivate others to get moving and enjoy being active as much as I do.

Product testing, reviews, sponsorship and freelance writing

Current and past clients and brand affiliates include Nuun, prAna, Vega, Under Armour and Columbia Sports.

Please note: I only allow guest posts from bloggers in my ambassador networks (or through people I actually know) and will not host content written by marketers with affiliate/SEO boosting Google juice links.
